The 3-year term covers core system components (CPU, GPU, motherboard, RAM, storage, internal PSU). Monitors, peripherals, and liquid-cooling components carry a 1-year term. Standard exclusions apply — see below.
What's Not Covered
Accidental or physical damage, drops, and liquid spills or intrusion.
Misuse, neglect, or running the system outside manufacturer specifications — including overclocking beyond spec.
Damage caused by non-DHC repairs, upgrades or modifications.
Special-order (SPO) parts you specifically requested, on desktops and laptops. These carry only their manufacturer’s warranty.
Cosmetic wear, consumables, and software.
Used or re-certified equipment, which is sold as-is unless your order says otherwise.

Turnaround Time
Ready-to-Ship systems typically ship within 1-3 business days after payment verification. RMA timelines depend on manufacturer processing, parts availability, and workload — estimates are not guaranteed.
Customer is responsible for securely packaging items sent to DHC for RMA or repair. Keep your original packaging for safe shipping.
